To support the company drive for constant improvement,
C.T.M. invited some customers to our Bredbury site over 2
days during December.
During their time with us, customers were updated on topics
such as;-
Toro product developments.
Toro Company acquisitions.
Health & Safety.
Training course availability.
Information available from the internet.
Our Non-Toro portfolio.
Support staff from Toro helped present the days and
took the opportunity to meet with end users face to face.
Both days were used as a pilot to judge customer reaction
and demand, with a view to rolling out the idea, and
extending
the concept during the winter months. The feedback
proved universally positive.
‘It was a great day, well organised and beneficial’,
commented Steve Hopkins – Course Manager at
Stand Golf Club.
Russell Lewis of Hale Golf Club was equally enthusiastic
saying, his visit demonstrated that C.T.M. are ‘a leading
company, with fresh ideas, investing in the future.’
Russell also remarked that the wealth of freely
available information on the website was ‘excellent,
and that he felt the needs and views of customers
were being addressed’.
