CTM Technician Phil Marsden completes the Toro Master Technician service course.
To obtain a master technician certificate the technician must complete the written test at the end of the service course and achieve above 90%.
The test is split into four categories
Cutting Technology
• Electrics
• Hydraulics
• Product specifics
Phil achieved a pass rate of 93% and
becomes one of only four Toro Master
Technicians in the UK. He’s currently
working towards the LTA level 3, which
he hopes to have completed towards
the end of 2011.
